Prince(プリンス）の初来日初日86年9月5日Osaka Festival Hall Osaka Japanでのライブを収録しています。パワーあふれるエネルギッシュなコンサートを披露しとにかくイケイケな感じがします。ライブの出来自体は、最初から最後までハイテンションではありますが途中スローなナンバーを織り交ぜたメリハリのあるコンサートです。若干の緊張感もあるのか、時々声が裏返ったりしています。soundqualityは、audience収録で一部若干不安定感は、あるものののとても迫力があり臨場感　クリアー感があります。
